UPDATE: We now included 2 extra plastic thumbscrews. The toe stand-offs attach to the plate with plastic screws so that if you drop or step on the unit, the easily replaceable plastic screw will sacrificially break, leaving the more expensive parts unharmed. Use some masking tape to secure the extra thumbscrews to one of the plates if you do not want to lose them!
